The Online Feedback System is our best mechanism for gathering information directly from teachers. At the moment we’re experiencing response rates of about 10%, which is considerably lower than we’d like. Pushing teachers to give feedback online is going to be a big priority over the coming months, because the data we get from them is priceless in terms of breadth and insight. It is a way of verifying that the work everyone is involved in at Camara does translates into real change in Africa. It also ensures that we’re responsive to evolving needs in real time. A pilot from Uganda is available below, and a more comprehensive report will be posted here in early 2010.
