Due to significant growth over the last four years, Camara is looking to strengthen its management team and build the capabilities of local people. In November 2009 Camara, in partnership with VMM, launched a major nationwide recruitment drive to appoint key managers to its operations in Africa. These appointees will be long-term volunteers (two years+) based either in Camara head quarters in Kampala Uganda or in one its its Technology Hubs in Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, Uganda and Zambia. These volunteers will share their skills and experience with the hubs, helping them to build their capacity in order to realise their long term goals.
