What does my €2500 / £2250 include?

Some volunteers in the past have been able to raise additional funds (through events, company matching and sponsorship). Any additional fundraising goes towards the cost of refurbishing computers and sending them to Africa.
Am I skilled enough to teach computer literacy?
Each volunteer is required to spend 50 hours in our workshop; this time includes helping refurbish PCs as well as technical and teacher training. Camara shall ensure that each volunteers has the confidence and skills to teach in Africa with Camara during 2010.
What kind of training is involved?
All volunteers must participate in teacher and technical training in the workshop. There is also the opportunity to participate in the Train the Trainers course with Dorset College and basic ECDL training. Those doing more technical training (e.g Moodle) may do more specific training. Orientation for short term volunteers will take place externally and will be done over two full days.
When shall the training / 50 workshop hours take place?
