The Hub Audits are the method we use to evaluate the performances of our partner Hubs in Africa. Like all audits, it’s not an exact science, but experience has shown us that the scores given are very accurate. The Audits provide a valuable management tool for both the Camara HQ and our partners. They recognise work done by the Hubs and what areas they need to improve. From a HQ perspective, they help use identify where Hubs need capacity-support, and to reward performance with extra resources. This has proven critical in our efforts to maximise aid effectiveness across the Camara network and promote donor and stakeholder transparency.
